We at Holycode are currently looking for an Automation & AI Workflow Specialist to join our team, Carauktion. 

Carauktion is a leading company in the Automotive IT sector, working on a variety of internal and external projects that drive innovation in the industry. Their teams operate in a fully remote environment, fostering flexibility, autonomy, and collaboration.

Role Overview

We are looking for an Automation & AI Workflow Specialist with deep expertise in n8n to identify, design, and implement automation solutions across various business units. The ideal candidate will have a strong problem-solving mindset, be able to work autonomously, and identify opportunities for process automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and automate business processes using n8n and AI-based tools.
  • Design and implement custom workflows for internal teams such as Sales, Customer Support, Operations and Product Development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze pain points and propose automation solutions.
  • Develop and maintain integration workflows with external APIs, CRM systems, and databases.
  • Ensure smooth execution and troubleshooting of automated processes.
  • Stay up to date with AI advancements and low-code automation trends.

Example Projects

  • Telegram Bot for Sales: Automating customer visit reports from voice messages to structured CRM entries.
  • Automated Leasing Check: Web scraping automation to verify active leasing contracts based on vehicle registration.
  • AI Support Agent Chatbot: AI-powered chatbot for handling first-level support inquiries and generating structured tickets.

What We’re Looking For

  • Deep expertise in n8n and workflow automation tools.
  • Experience in API integrations (OAuth, REST, Webhooks, JSON, XML, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze business processes and independently propose automation solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and machine learning is a plus.
  • Fluent English (German is a plus but not mandatory).
