We at Holycode are currently looking for a Tech Resolution Specialist for Customer Success with strong skills and proven experience who is ready to dive into the FlowIT team, for a full-time engagement, to join our team of passionate IT professionals.

Your Mission:
  • As the go-to IT expert within the Customer Success Team, your primary responsibility will be to navigate the technical intricacies of our customer projects. 

Here's what you'll be doing:
  • Provide comprehensive technical support to our customers, addressing their concerns promptly and proficiently.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for customers, offering expert guidance and solutions to their technical queries.
  • Spearhead the development of automation scripts, leveraging your expertise in Python, to enhance efficiency within customer success operations.

Must-Have:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
  • Proficiency in basic coding skills, preferably in Python.
  • Strong IT acumen spanning software troubleshooting, network administration, IT security, APIs, and integrations.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective customer interaction.
  • Fluency in both German and English (at least C1 proficiency).

Bonus point:
  • Experience working with enterprise software such as SAP or Abacus.
  • Familiarity with the HR tool landscape, including platforms like Sage and Abacus.
