Your Mission:
- As the go-to IT expert within the Customer Success Team, your primary responsibility will be to navigate the technical intricacies of our customer projects.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Provide comprehensive technical support to our customers, addressing their concerns promptly and proficiently.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for customers, offering expert guidance and solutions to their technical queries.
- Spearhead the development of automation scripts, leveraging your expertise in Python, to enhance efficiency within customer success operations.
Must-Have:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
- Proficiency in basic coding skills, preferably in Python.
- Strong IT acumen spanning software troubleshooting, network administration, IT security, APIs, and integrations.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Fluency in both German and English (at least C1 proficiency).
Bonus point:
- Experience working with enterprise software such as SAP or Abacus.
- Familiarity with the HR tool landscape, including platforms like Sage and Abacus.
