CTO

We at Holycode are currently looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial CTO to join our new FinTech team and lead our technology efforts. As CTO, you will be responsible for all aspects of our technology platform, including our app, website, integrations, operations, and security. You will also be a key member of our executive team, helping to shape our overall strategy and direction.

Your Role:

As the CTO, you'll steer our technological direction. Working hand in hand with the product team and directly reporting to the CEO, you'll guide our engineering team in delivering and maintaining our product. Your responsibilities will span delivery, operations, and team management, while also providing hands-on technical leadership in architecture, coding, and code reviews.

Your profile:

• Experience as a CTO in a start-up or scale-up, preferably in the B2C fintech field
• Hands-on experience with React Native, Next.js, Django, PostgreSQL, and AWS through infrastructure-as-code is essential
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence and Data Analytics tools, as well as SQL-based reporting, is important for making informed decisions
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset and a passion for building products and teams
• Fluent in English
