Medior QA/Product Owner - Splint Invest

We at Holycode are currently looking for a Medior QA/Product Owner to join our team, Splint Invest.

Splint Invest is an ambitious FinTech mobile app that leverages technology to empower their users’ financial journeys. Their ecosystem includes websites, mobile applications, web servers and multiple third-party integrations, each contributing to a seamless and secure user experience as well as allowing them to make data-driven marketing and business decisions.

Job Overview:

Splint Invest is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Medior QA/Product Owner with a strong focus on Quality Assurance to join their dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of their projects, enhancing product quality, and meeting their strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance:
• • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular QA reviews and adjust strategies to enhance product quality.
  • Collaborate with development teams to incorporate QA processes throughout the product lifecycle.

• Product Ownership:
• • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals and deliverables.
• Delivery Management:
• • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects maintaining high quality and within budget.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Delivery Manager, or similar role in a technology-driven business.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and QA best practices.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
