Flutter Developer - Working Bicycle team

We at Holycode are currently looking for a Flutter Developer with strong skills and proven experience who is ready to dive into the Working Bicycle team for a full-time engagement.

Working Bicycle is a Zurich-based startup that offers a unique platform for sustainable advertising. By combining eco-friendly transport with impactful branding, they enable companies to promote their message on branded cargo bikes operated by local riders. Their solution provides a flexible and highly visible outdoor advertising channel, while also supporting green mobility and local communities.
 

Challenging things you’ll work on: 

• Take ownership of Flutter mobile app development, delivering high-quality features and clean architecture. 
• Analyze business requirements, challenge assumptions, and propose better solutions. 
• Collaborate across multiple platforms (mobile, web, backend) to ensure consistent product experiences. 
• Perform modifications to complex, multi-user systems. 
• Demonstrating the ability to work independently and in a team environment. 
• Resolve any problems existing in the system; suggest and add new features in the complete system. 
• Chance to implement/maintain part of CI/CD pipelines and code quality. 

Your contribution to the team includes: 

• 3+ years in mobile software development. 
• Proficient in the use of Flutter. 
• Experience with Google Maps and other third-party libraries, APIs, and Agile workflows. 
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and automated testing. 
• Ability to write and maintain clean, readable code, including refactoring legacy code. 
• You prioritize getting it right the first time, even if it means taking more time. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 
• SaaS or product development experience is a plus.
