We at Holycode are currently looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer (Team Lead) with strong skills and proven experience who is ready to dive into the Skribble team, for a full-time engagement, to join our team of passionate IT professionals, here in our Belgrade office.

Intro 

We’re looking for an  Engineering Manager to lead our distributed Product Development team. In this hybrid role, you’ll manage and grow our engineering team while ensuring the smooth delivery of our signature platform. You’ll combine people leadership with technical credibility: guiding the team in their daily work, supporting their growth, and helping us ship high-quality features efficiently. You’ll act as the bridge between product vision and technical execution, creating clarity and removing obstacles as you go. 

 Key Responsibilities 

• Line manage and support engineers through coaching, 1:1s, growth, and feedback. 
• Own team delivery: plan, prioritize, and execute backlog items together with Product. 
• Facilitate team rituals and maintain a sustainable delivery pace. 
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, QA, and Infrastructure to deliver 
•  end-to-end solutions. 
• Provide technical direction and sparring, ensuring code quality and sound decisions. 
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Product and Technology. 
• Ensure adoption, quality, and smooth roll-out of new features. 

 About the tech stack:

• Spring Boot
• Bonus - Experience in Python and Node
• Integration tests
• CI / CD
• Microservices in a K8S environment

 Who You Are 

•  An experienced engineer with proven leadership or management experience. 
•  Comfortable being accountable for both people and delivery. 
•  Skilled at turning requirements into working features and validating them in practice. 
•  A strong communicator who earns trust from engineers and stakeholders alike. 
•  Hands-on and pragmatic: willing to dive into details, unblock, and help solve 
•  problems. 
•  Familiar with agile delivery, CI/CD, and iterative development practices.
