QA Engineer - Radicant team
At Holycode, we are currently looking for a QA Engineer with proven experience in design principles and, preferably, SaaS solutions. This is a full-time position based in our Belgrade office, collaborating with the Swiss-based fintech company Radicant.

We are expanding our team in Belgrade and are seeking a QA Engineer who is passionate about quality, automation, and delivering exceptional software experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Analyzing requirement specifications and user stories to deliver prompt and insightful feedback.
- Perform functional, exploratory, cross-platform and regression testing to ensure high product quality.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to define acceptance criteria and testing standards.
- Identify, document, and track bugs in issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira).
- Develop manual test cases, if needed, that will serve as the basis for automated tests, ensuring comprehensive test coverage of all product aspects;
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites (API, UI).
- Analyze test results and provide recommendations for quality improvements.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
- Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proficiency with test case management tools (e.g. AIO Test, Test Link, Qase)
- Knowledge of SQL and databases
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
- Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).
- Basic understanding of CI/CD workflows
- Experience working with Git, Github Actions, Jenkins, Docker, or similar DevOps tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English;
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and a proactive attitude.
