We at Holycode are currently looking for a Full Stack (React + Python/Go/Rust) Engineer with strong skills and proven experience to join our Scalera AI team here in our Belgrade office.

Scalera AI is an ETH spinout that develops an AI-powered SaaS platform designed to automate tendering and supplier selection in the construction industry. The company has already processed more than CHF 3 billion in tender volume and has secured strong traction in Switzerland and Austria. With a clear vision to reduce 30-40% of material costs per project, the team of twenty people (composed of research-driven engineers from ETH and EPFL) works from the Zurich headquarters in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment.

About the Role:

  • The position is designed to strengthen Scalera’s frontend capabilities within a backend-heavy engineering team. Around 70% of the work will focus on frontend development while the remaining 30% will involve backend contributions. 
  • You will work closely with the CEO, CTO, and Head of Engineering and use a modern stack that includes React, Next.js, TypeScript, Python with FastAPI, and Google Cloud Platform. 

What you’ll need:

  • Over 4 years of experience working with React, Next.js, and TypeScript, as well as the knowledge of Python and FastAPI on the backend. 
  • Previous exposure to SaaS product development is highly valuable, while familiarity with AI tools such as Lovable, Cursor, or Claude would be an advantage. 
  • You should thrive in fast-moving environments, bring a strong problem-solving mindset, and enjoy contributing across the stack.
  • A startup mentality, curiosity, and the ability to interact directly with users and customers are essential qualities for success in this role.
  • You are fluent in English.
