We at Holycode are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team, Carauktion. 

Carauktion is a leading company in the Automotive IT sector, working on a variety of internal and external projects that drive innovation in the industry. Their teams operate in a fully remote environment, fostering flexibility, autonomy, and collaboration.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Owner to take full ownership of a specific Business Unit, ensuring the development and strategic growth of its product. In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers and key stakeholders, defining business objectives and translating them into a clear and actionable product roadmap. You will also be responsible for prioritizing features, driving business impact, and continuously optimizing processes using AI and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the strategic roadmap for a key Business Unit, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Act as the bridge between stakeholders and development teams, refining requirements and ensuring successful delivery.
  • Define and prioritize the product backlog, making data-driven decisions based on product analytics and business impact.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure smooth execution and delivery of features.
  • Analyze product performance metrics and make necessary adjustments to improve user experience and business outcomes.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to optimize workflows and enhance output quality.
  • Maintain an end-to-end ownership mentality, ensuring product success from inception to release.
  • Foster a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset, focusing on business impact and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within a digital product environment.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a business-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work closely with stakeholders and development teams to drive product success.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, roadmap creation, and backlog prioritization.
  • Excellent self-organization skills and the ability to work autonomously in a 100% remote setup.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Kanban methodologies.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and automation to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Fluent English (German is highly preferred but not mandatory).
