We @Holycode are looking for a Finance and Accounting Intern to support our Finance team and gain hands-on experience in day-to-day financial operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in preparing and managing invoices for client services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Supporting the team in monitoring financial processes and identifying potential discrepancies
• Helping with posting and processing journal entries
• Assisting in updating accounts payable and performing basic reconciliations
• Supporting monthly and quarterly reporting activities
• Maintaining accurate records in invoicing and finance systems
• Cooperating with the external accounting team and internal departments
• Assisting with documentation and approval processes for domestic and foreign clients
• Learning and contributing to improvements in financial procedures and processes
   

You will be a great fit if you:

• Are a final-year student or recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Have a basic understanding of accounting principles
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
• Are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
• Have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a team
• Are proactive, curious, and open to feedback
