We @Holycode are looking for a Finance and Accounting Intern to support our Finance team and gain hands-on experience in day-to-day financial operations.
This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is eager to learn, develop practical skills, and grow within a dynamic international environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in preparing and managing invoices for client services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Supporting the team in monitoring financial processes and identifying potential discrepancies
- Helping with posting and processing journal entries
- Assisting in updating accounts payable and performing basic reconciliations
- Supporting monthly and quarterly reporting activities
- Maintaining accurate records in invoicing and finance systems
- Cooperating with the external accounting team and internal departments
- Assisting with documentation and approval processes for domestic and foreign clients
- Learning and contributing to improvements in financial procedures and processes
You will be a great fit if you:
- Are a final-year student or recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Have a basic understanding of accounting principles
- Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
- Are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
- Have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a team
- Are proactive, curious, and open to feedback
